AT&T won't let us block the nr they say because it's not in their jurusdiction. Panasonic has a phone --MY SISTER HAS ONE - AND you can block up to 250 numbers. While MDS may stand for Medical Debt Services, I have no outstanding medical debt and their outgoing message clearly states they are a political fundraising company. I've blocked them. I explained my preference for Cruz, and every other Republican candidate before Trump or Clinton, said this number is now blocked, and to "Have a good day."
