November 23, 2014, 4:43 am They have been calling me for a while off and on. I got a voicemail yesterday and I called them back. They told me they weren'g Comcast, but were working WITH Comcast to settle accounts. They wanted my info to "check my Comcast account status" and I didn't give it to them, but they knew my last name (I have a prepaid phone so it wouldn't have come up on Caller ID) and knew my account balance. Others have said that Comcast says this is a scam. But how would they know my account details to the penny? I'm confused. Caller Company: Comcast? Caller Type: Debt Collector

They told me that I could pay my bill over the line live with them, but when i called comcast directly they said there was no bill owed on my account. February 10, 2015, 8:18 am A big Comcast billing conjob. They are trying to trick you that they are with comcast and that your bill in well past due. They then begin discussing payment options. My comcast bill is automatically billed each month and they said there must be something wrong with the card. Card is fine. December 4, 2015, 2:25 pm got the same thing. put the number on my call reject list. I get texts from my Comcast account if I become past due, and it comes in as "xfinity" not comcast, as that is their branding label now. Caller Company: comcast Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
