Often very thick indian accents which I think is due to the criminals hiring people in India through outsourcing to conduct the crimes for them (Indian don't care because they are poor). November 21, 2014, 9:09 pm This a huge scam. They fake issues with your computer to build trust so they can sell you expensive memberships. They make millions of dollars a year doing this. They offer free software which they charge you for and sell you tech support warranties which you won't need because they don't actually fix computers they just lie to you about problems and then lie to you about the solutions.
