I think this is a famous national scam in the US praying off unemployed and elderly folks. The message tells you that the deal is time limited. June 26, 2014, 4:39 pm Credit card interest rate scammer. Automated message tells you that the deal is going to expire if you don't hurury up and take advantage of it. Skimming numbers is what this caller is up to. They want to fool you into thinking that they are the real card services and that you can trust them to verify you. Real credit card companies don't need you to verify yourself to take a deal. They wouldl just give it to you by asking you, and usually only when you call card serves with the number on the back of the card yourself during a 100% secure call that you bypassed the security checks with. March 22, 2015, 2:19 am This is an robocalling computer scammer that is faking being your card services department with fake offers to lower your credit card interest rates. They are copying your cc# when you type it in to verify yourself to a database that is going to charge you $500 as soon as you give it to them. If you gave these people your number then I highly suggest you keep a close eye on your credit card statement to catch the illegal charge it did in fact occur.
