December 9, 2014, 1:18 pm This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop or pause the recording, refusing to provide a phone number when asked, and refusing to provide an address when asked. Their recording is the standard scammer recording offering discounted interest rates and reduced payments on credit cards, but the scammer clearly does not have any real information about the people called since they have to start with checking to see if you meet the requirements - even though the recording said you were qualified... This is clearly a scam set up to steal people's credit card and financial information. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information. December 12, 2014, 12:03 pm This scammer robo call requests you to improve your credit card interest rates. When I asked to be removed from their "call list". The attendant, John, declined to do so. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said I would have to wait. He then proceeded to make sexual inunedos with me on the phone. This company and this employee are truly the scurge of society. December 15, 2014, 1:51 pm Calls 2 or 3 times a week, usually when I am either napping or busy. The id shows up as Consumer Services, trying me to lower my credit card interest rate. I have blocked their number 5 times, and they just call from a different number. I waited for them to come on line to tell them I am now on the do not call list, and they hung up. January 13, 2015, 9:58 pm Incoming call to a cell phone. Cell phone number on both the state and federal do-not-call registries. Robo call from 620-750-2182 left no message. A return call said "Hello and thank you for calling. If you would like to placed on a do not call list for the number that called you, please press one now." February 24, 2015, 5:58 pm I pressed 1, got an operator. I asked if he could get me a particular rate ( refi credit cards), just being a wiseguy. This guy gave me both barrels. February 26, 2015, 7:06 pm At 3:52 pm today, "Carmen" from "Credit Card Services" called. I usually get 1-3 calls per day from this scammer and others of this ilk including breathers and hangups. I'm beyond annoyed. It's to the point where I wonder when these calls are going to be considered criminal offenses. March 5, 2015, 3:15 am On Wednesday, March 5, 2015 at 2:44 pm; I received 2 calls from this number. The first call was from a female who said she had "something important about your credit card..." I hung up on her. As soon as I hung up; she called back with her credit card message. I hung up on her again. I am on the NO CALL registry (.gov), the NO CALL list, have a not listed phone number which is also unlisted. When will these harassing phone calls become a criminal offense?
