July 23, 2014, 9:00 pm I get a number of calls from this number and I don't usually answer because I knew this is telemarketer. In this case it was Stellar Collections and they rudely keeping calling about my deceased husband owing a debt. September 5, 2015, 4:41 pm This is a debt collections company named "Stellar Recovery" and they were looking for someone who doesn't live here. Family member that has moved.
